The 7th Russian Exhibition Industry Conference, Moscow, June 6, 2018.

A video conference with the participation of the heads of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, industry associations, UFI, European exhibition associations

Video statements with greetings and congratulations from the leading foreign exhibition associations towards the participants of RUEF General meeting and the 7th Russian Exhibition Industry Conference, Moscow

4.

A series of meetings of RUEF members’ heads with representatives of regional authorities, business leaders, industry associations

5. ExpoMotoRace through cities of Russia

6.

Distributing materials about GED18, exhibition industry and the role of exhibitions in promoting domestic goods and services among industry associations

7.

RUEF GED photo and video contest

8.

Developing the presentation template “Why do we need exhibitions” for RUEF members to demonstrate at schools

Making presentations at schools on “Why do we need exhibitions” by RUEF members

Flashmob by RUEF members on the 6th of June simultaneously releasing balloons with GED18 logo or dispaying the so-called “day fireworks”. Videos of the flash mob will be downloaded on the companies’ websites and shared on social media

Posting information about GED18 on websites of public authorities

Posting information about GED18 in printed material of RUEF members, which is to be distributed among participants and visitors of exhibitions
